Ah nice, I couldn't remember if EOI was very bind heavy. I always really liked that debuff trait as well as binding certain parts to get different drops from the enemies.

The Etrian Odyssey 2 speedrun (DS version) is also about 2 hours... I looked at it and their strategy is gross and degenerate (great!), it relies on RNG manipulation which is ok, but their strategy is S/WM/H/H/H

Ya, 3 hexers. And they're only level 30. And they only have 1 hp! Basically the Survivalist makes one hexer go first so they can terrify the enemy (guaranteed with RNG manip) and from then on the hexers just cast Revenge Curse which, because everyone has only 1 hp, does 1000 damage each.

ok, this is weird - I'm pretty sure EO2 is the one I had on the DS, but none of it seemed familiar. I know it had to be AT LEAST 2 since I was using Gunners and they aren't in the first one.

The first half of EO1 did seem familiar, I think I made it to the 3rd strata in the first game on the DS.

So, I went digging for my DS games and... I can't find them.

Like, I know they're in my room on a shelf somehwere in a plastic bag, I just can't find it. DID find a Gameboy Advance Micro and its charger tho, so yay!!!

Sidenote: DO NOT play the game on Easy Mode except when grinding. Easy Mode is NOT balanced in any way; you take 10% ish damage and deal 10x damage (maybe?) and earn 2x XP, so it's pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to lose.

As a goof on floor 23 I pulled 4 Beamers at the same time and... that got me to about 1/4 health, you're THAT powerful on eays mode.

Unless you like comically easy RPGs then by all means :D

I'd recommend just playing one game and moving on since it would take you forever to actually get all achievements in games like that.

The first 3 EUs and Rome don't have achievements on them; I got the OLD original version.

but ya, I did a quick playthrough in EU3 of the 7 years war... but I played as Spain and it was kinda cool seeing Mexico rise against me while I was busy watching Europe beat each other up and then a decade in or so the American Revolution happened and I started to proxy war for profit

Well, I'm done with Europa Univseralis... the game even says in game that there's no real goal and you just play as you like... so I rammed Rhoxolania into Pontus and called it a day

Also Evolve Stage 2 doesn't work anymore, servers down for an online only game - I beat the Tutorial and call it a day

eXceed 1 is crap and runs like crap and it crashed like 7 times and the game just abruptly ends halfway through Stage 2 so... done ?

eXceed 2, however, it going great! It's Ikaruga!

Wow, finished an entire docket in one session... the eXceed games are pretty good (except 1, but for technical it doesn't run reasons).

Nah, I only had 3 and Romes.

Also, I just got quoted in a tooterp video, and that's awesome!

Currently playing through Faerie Solitaire since it has a very simple campaign... you basically just have to win 150 games of solitaire and you get powerups

Expendabros is really short, I think cuz it was just a free promotion for expendables 3

Face-it is a little tricky but it's a simple platformer... unfortunately the physics breaks quite often which makes you lose confidence in motion, which is a bad feeling for a platformer.

Then I played Solitaire for 2 days :V

Now to play Farcry for the first time, I only have 1 and 2

Just beat Farcry and it was good/bad; the enemy AI is really on point... half the time.

I am tired... Farcry 2 took a lot to get through. I couldn't have fun because of how often it crashes and how much idle travel there is... the biggest flaw of open world games is not being able to traverse efficiently.

And the ending is dumb, like, not from a story point but just in general and mostly the gameplay.

The game was super pretty some of the time though.

Also, uninstalling Farcry 2 somehow launches an instance of Farcry 2 entirely in memory since the files are deleted as it launches but it's still in a somewhat playable state... I have no idea how they did this.

I have played Fate of the World before, it's a card game based on climate change or something like that.

In between thar is the Fear and Hunger games which I already beat, but I highly recommend.

Farm Frenzy 4 is almost done, but I'm going insane... it's just 100 (ish) levels that take about 10 minutes each... there's no way to lose (winning would be getting a Gold time on every level, but if your time expires you can keep going with no medal) and it's just idler level clicking.

I wanna open this topic up to more video game AMA/questions and such cuz I get the feeling the next 2 farming games are going to be even slower

My Farm Life (game 1 in the Farm 6-in-1 Bundle) has 100 levels, and they're all long and boring. My Farm Life 2 has 150 levels (60 episodes).

I hope Terra-farmers, Virtual Farm 1 and 2 and Tropical Farm are just endless games so I can skip them... cuz these 2 farm sims might take a week on their own and I have no excuse to put them on the deferred list since they aren't glitching out.
