Freaking divine! It's a shame, I thought it was a mix to make a big batch but it's just a little packet of a couple spoonfuls. It's my first time trying Gochujang and I really need to get some and make it myself.

I truly hope gochujang becomes more common, it's a wonderful sauce. Works great on pork.

Making it is a bit of a rough ask though, just get a big 'ol tub of it.

I bought three cases (8 cans each) of gochujang Spam from Costco. I bought the first one to try it, and I really liked it, then I bought two more because it went on clearance for an absurdly low price and Costco will probably never carry it again and I've never seen it anywhere else before.

Before anyone says, "Eww, Spam," it's really good if you fry it.

You can just get the sauce at the store. I don't need to make that on my own. Just use it in whatever I do end up making.

Yeah, that shit is delicious. My first time with it was having dolsot bibimimbap and that absolutely slaps with a healthy amount of gochujang.
