We have a few vines here growing them, and currently have a bunch I'd like to use. Tomato sandwiches, some sliced on top of mac and cheese and adding some to spaghetti bolognese is all I have for them right now, and we aren't using them fast enough. My dad keeps telling me to make tomato soup, but my brother hates soup and I hate tomato soup, ensuring only one person would touch that.

Salsa would be nice, though not a lot we would get to do with it. I'm the only person who eats it here, though only ever had store bought jars, never home made.

BLT's, chili, so many pasta dishes, pizza, pico de gallo for tacos or burritos, cowboy caviar. I don't know, there's so many things to try with tomatoes.

Don't know, but he wouldn't eat mums or mine when we made it. As for me and tomato soup, had a fair bit given to me at a time when I was recovering from being really sick, and now I struggle to keep it down when having it.

Can confirm salted cucumbers are a nice snack that even kids will get behind. Haven't tried it with Tomatoes, but I bet it's solid.
