I'm having another whiskey/orange liquour/bitters. Kinda my bootleg old fashioned since I usually don't carry oranges. It's just Kirkland whiskey + Kirkland orange liquour + agnostura (spelling?) bitters.

Extremely good beverage for the prices you're paying.

I've really gotten into mead recently. I've been trying out all the different varieties. Wouldn't mind getting a couple more bottles soon.

I have never tried mead. What does it taste like? What kind of alcohol is it?

Made with honey typically. Sweet. I can't stand wine, but mead is like a better version of it.

The brand I've been drinking, St. Ambrose, is lower alcohol content at about six percent so it's really easy to drink. A bunch of different flavors too. I saw a 16 percent Polish mead today that I wanted to try, but 32 dollars...

Doing a tequila old fashioned tonight. Just kirkland tequila, splash of agave syrup, and bitters.

Any of you use a cocktail smoker? Can't recommend it enough. Basically doubles your cocktail repertoire.

Yeah it's definitely not for everyone. I'm more partial to mezcal but I have to go out of the way to total wine to get a good one
