I have given up on trying to cover my tracks years ago. I imagine there are quite a few channels I would not be able to block, so I spare myself the aggravation. I just assume that any company, government or secret service with either an active or a passive interest in my data already has it.

I just wish that it would listen to and give me ads or whatever for things that would genuinely benefit me. Like a better and better-paying job so that I dont have to spend a third of my life being miserable.
