Gen Z has seen the largest education drop off every recorded. That, and i have a ton of teacher friends and 2 hiring manager friends across several states, and they universally confirm that Gen Z and A are functional morons.
At least Millennials get excused had their futures ruined by Gen X/boomers, and then had their whole worlds become a series of calamities after 9/11 (primarily if American).
That reminds me, none of my gen z coworkers knew who Jimmy Carter was when he passed away a week and a half ago
