Normally I don't take ultimatums well, but I'd stop using GameFAQs for about a buck o' five at this point.

I doubt many of us are particularly attached to this place anymore, but that's not even relevant. If I know that it's not a real problem, then I'm not gonna let anyone give me an ultimatum like that. I'd let her know that that kind of demand is not acceptable, and if she insists, then that's that.

Depends why she believes it's an issue and how willing she is to compromise on it if I don't agree that it's a serious enough problem to warrant completely stopping. As others have said, such an ultimatum would be out of character for her, but I value her opinion enough to not immediately jump to "you're just being controlling" and want to break up. I also definitely don't value GameFAQs enough to choose it over her, though as is generally my opinion of such ultimatums, her issuing one without a good reason would change that calculus considerably (because it'd be such arbitrarily controlling behaviour).

I'm not addicted to GameFAQs, so that'd be an incredibly arbitrary ultimatum. I'm guessing it's a test to see how willing I am to being controlled, or how dependent I am. It's pretty toxic behavior, so I'd break up instantly. Anyway, such a scenario wouldn't happen to me. I became really good at filtering out narcissists and co-dependents early on. If a girl I'm dating gives me such an absurd ultimatum, it means we're still too early in the dating stage for me to consider her my significant other.
