It's not Nyquil... bruh

it's not metamucil either. It's just, like, hot chocolate only instead of chocolate its citrus. It's pretty thick, too.

Edit: I mis-read your title initially. I thought hot orange was describing the degree of orange, not the temp. I can't think of a hot orange flavored drink.

it might be "wassail", Google says its made with apples but I know I've had it with citrus as recent as last Christmas season

I can find a whole bunch of variants on the name Hot Orange Punch. Hot Winter Punch, Hot Christmas Punch, etc. But all of them seem to involve oranges.

OK, maybe I should have been expecting it when you said it wasn't Nyquil, but I wasn't expecting it to be a medicine. Otherwise I would have guessed Theraflu, which is apparently the US version.
