I agreed until I started seasoning my food.
I get that thought but I've usually been in that headspace when I'm depressed.
if anything I keep getting in trouble simply for enjoying life too hardI mean, that's good, but also doesn't mean that you don't experience mental health things that effect your thought process/experience with eating food.
Is this a bit? If not, this would appear to be a pretty serious psychiatric issue if you think all food is disgusting.
In general, not you specifically OP, I find people who think of eating as a tedious requirement to life so weird. Imo, food is the greatest pleasure.
When I was doing heavy bulking to put on muscle I got to the point where I hated eating. It was a chore, it took too much time out of my day, I always felt like crap, it cost too much money. Ultimately it was worth it because I feel way better in the long run but for a while it sucked bad.Bulking is a different story, and I would agree there's times I've felt sick when trying to get my protein in for the day, but OP finds the very premise of consuming to be revolting.
I like eating nothing all day then devouring a whole pizza
