The KoS policy was basically that the moment they knew someone was behind an account, they'd autoban it and usermap axe. Over and over again. With no mercy and no hope of reprieve.
If they were still KoSing, and you were on their KoS list, the moment you admit to being "helly" on any account it'd be gone in about 24 hours. Not just modded or warned.
Your problem is that you have an atrociously bad moderation history, so whenever they're modding you they assume you're a troll and just throw the book at you. Which becomes a bit of a vicious cycle, because once your history is bad you're more likely to get modded, which makes your history worse, which makes you more likely to get modded...
man, for someone who tries so hard to appear smart, you really don't know much
