How do you do it? I can only bench 165 max, which is barely over my body weight, despite lifting for 4 years. Feels bad man. Also did you have a spotter?Are you getting enough calories/protien? You seem very lean.

I currently leg press like 270 at the moment. Can probably do more, but 270 is plenty. Three 45's on each side. I just do 3 sets of 10.
