Ive been lifting for about a decade but I don't really push myself super hard as I'm not that big into bodybuilding or powerlifting. I just don't want to hurt myself

How do you do it? I can only bench 165 max, which is barely over my body weight, despite lifting for 4 years. Feels bad man. Also did you have a spotter?
How quaint.
I just started 3 months ago, I don't do the bench, use dumbells at 35 lb each. The internet tells me it's easier to bench press, so if I had to guess I could probably do 130. I'll find out when I go to the gym later.

I don't even lift and can easy bench 200 lbs.

I can do 50 push ups and can deadlift 100 lbs regularly at work with ease.

Benching isn't the same as those. A pushup is like half your weight.

I'm just saying bud, if you don't lift, then you can't bench 200 lb.

If he's like 250lbs and big then maybe he could but obviously its a lot less impressive when someone is just large and lifting normal person weight.

only lift like 115 above my head
then someone who's 180 6"2 and skinny does 180 with ease
it's more than just weight some people are just naturally good at lifting weights
some people will be 5"4 but look like OP jus benching only 200lbs

Ok I just benched at the gym and I could only do 80. Once I get used to the form I'll probably be better.

I just started 3ish months ago and I'm getting great starter gains. I'm doing Arnold's 6 day workout (first variant)

In the gym I still feel like a stick figure but other places I'm better looking than most people already. A lot of girls that wanted nothing to do with me are now walking next to me giggling at unfunny jokes, and it keeps catching me off guard. My depression/anxiety is non-existent anymore. If you're skinny I actually think it's kind of crazy not to lift.

In high school I couldn't even do one rep with just the bar. Which is like 45 lbs I think?

I currently leg press like 270 at the moment. Can probably do more, but 270 is plenty. Three 45's on each side. I just do 3 sets of 10.
