For those of you without a set work schedule

How far out do you get your schedule? I get mine 3 weeks out which is nice, I have friends that only get it 1 week at a time so they don't even know rust days they work until the day before the week starts, and I'm not sure how they deal with that. I would probably just quit a job like that.

I currently get my Sunday through Saturday work schedule the Friday before the start of the work week, so 2 days. But in the near future, I'll be the one setting the departments schedule which is usually done on Tuesdays.
