I lift weights twice per week, just for my shoulders and arms. For chest, back, and legs I just do body weight exercises.
Lifting weights are my favourite exercise activity because you can more easily measure progression. Two years ago I was only curling 30 lbs, now I'm curling 60 lbs at 10 reps per set.
