I wear ankle weights when running, does that count?
I lift weights twice per week, just for my shoulders and arms. For chest, back, and legs I just do body weight exercises.

Lifting weights are my favourite exercise activity because you can more easily measure progression. Two years ago I was only curling 30 lbs, now I'm curling 60 lbs at 10 reps per set.

I do, but only a couple of times per week. However, I box 5 times per week and swim 3 or 4 as well.

I mostly stick with cardio, but I did start lifting weights this week. My upper body is super scrawny after some extreme weight loss though. I gotta start getting used to taking rest days though. My arms are killing me. This is why I prefer cardio.
