Probably wrong place to ask but...

Ok so im like 80% blind and curruntly make my way trough sites that have no zoom by screencapping and zooming the screenshots... this is getting kinda tedious so im looking for a good text to speech app that is easily toggle-able since i dont need it all the time..

is it Windows? There are accessibility options one of which is "Magnifier" that magnifies the whole screen.

My brother is blind and he uses this.

Linux (cinnamon) has the absolute best zoom, you can just hold alt and scroll, but disabled people don't really like the idea of doing things on hard mode with Linux for some reason

on android there is apparently a similar "magnifier" option that can be enabled but it's on version 12+ and seems a little more complicated to use than the windows one.

Idk if you can toggle it on and off easily TC. You can always turn off the volume, I guess.

There is a shortcut you can set up to toggle it on and off, I'll have to find out how that works on mobile.
