Revenge of the Sith easily.

i was just thinking about this today. Its the only ending movie out of all the SW trilogies that isnt the worst one in its trilogy.

I'd argue TLJ was the worst in its trilogy. ROS had nowhere to go after the mess that was TLJ, so it was forced to end up shitty.

At the time, I felt like Revenge of the Sith was best, but in retrospect I think Phantom Menace is the only one I've actually seen more than once and I don't think I've watched any of them since RotS was in theatres. I'm not sure how they'd hold up on a rewatch.

Phantom Menace. None of them are good movies, but the pod racing stuff is easily my favorite part of the trilogy.

I liked parts of the first two (mostly Darth Maul and Jango Fett) but didn't really like much about the third one.

The atmosphere and general vibe of Phantom Menace was the best of the three. The other two somehow have a totally different vibe, it's hard to explain.

None of them were good movies. If I had to pick the least worst one it would probably be Attack of the Clones as it had the least bad version of Anakin.
