I havent had cereal for breakfast in a long time, but I did try some classics recently like Captain Crunch and Lucky Charms

Once in a while I am in the mood for cereal and grab a box with some oat milk in the store. Most of the time though I would rather just have some fruit or skip breakfast entirely.

Either cereal or oatmeal for breakfast on my work days. On my off days I make a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich
Delicious and vicious, while maliciously nutritious.

I buy a box of Frosted Flakes once in awhile, not regularly. Maybe once a year or so in recent years.

It's pretty damn bad for you unless you go into the most healthiest ones and even then it's debatable.

I do enjoy having it rarely on vacation though, kind of the way I might treat myself to a soda once every blue moon. Having a bowl of Fruity Pebbles or some shit on rare occasion is a nice treat.

I also notice most older folks typically don't touch it as much, it's rare to see a 40 year old sit down and eat cereal from my experience.
Getting too damn old for this crap!

The dude has an obsession with breakfast stuff, just watch his film Unfrosted. Crap he might be the biggest breakfast food fan on the planet, or at least the one with the most celebrity.
