That seems vaguely familiar now that I see it, though it's been nearly 20 years since I used a GB Player (I sold my GC to my friend when I got a Wii shortly after launch). Slightly convoluted, but still an option if you'd rather use the standard controls (provided you're in range to use a wired controller). Nifty.
