You are correct, since I slightly missworded my answer.

I am pretty certain I am looking at Sembo. Which comes with minifigs that are trademark infringement, you just conveniently left it out of the picture.

maybe the minifigs, but i didn't leave it out of the picture i haven't gotten to it yet

either way, it is officially licensed by them

i got the wargreymon v metalgarurumon set coming in some nebulous timeframe too

Not maybe.

Lego lost the trademark suit regarding the blocks, but they won the one regarding minifigs.
