They aren't assigned at birth, but they are created some time after it, unless you inherited the account from a parent or something. The owner of a 20-year-old account can be very safely assumed to be a minimum of 20 years old, and in all likelihood is probably 30+ (the only way to be under 33 would be to have created the account while underage).Prove me wrong with facts.
