We got a new employee today that my boss assigned to me for training so that she can help with my workload. I started training her today and she seems intelligent and has a good attitude but holy fuck do I feel like the shittiest teacher lol
Im trying to make her feel comfortable asking questions because I know how confusing all of this shit is when you first start (HR job) and Ive seen new employees get almost no help at the start and then quit a few months in. I want to set her up for success because itll benefit her and myself but I am not cut out to be a teacher
Im probably overthinking this but i needed to vent/seek advice
