I don't have a windows computer right now. I have a chrome book, a MacBook, and a Linux. I do have a windows computer I could probably fix up easily enough, but I haven't because I don't really want to deal with a desktop right now. Not sure if it would meet the spec requirement either. I don't remember which operating system it has off the top of my head but I think it was a 7.
Steam will automatically run windows games on linux and Chromebook with proton.
