i have 45 books, but i'm missing 7 of them.

the missing ones were all ones i pretty much started with so my record keeping apparently was garbage because i threw them away, or they're just in some random box or drawer somewhere. i know exactly which are missing

so 52 kits total i've done, some of these i have no memory of even doing

clear acrylic nail polish

is what i've been told to use to tighten joints

and it was 98 cents so whatever if it works it works, i know ibo kits have weakass joints so that's what we're testing on, a base astaroth

the cooler special ultra version of it was out of stock, and it's the one i actually wanted. never seen more than like, 4 episodes of ibo, so i have no idea what's anything in that series.

gotta say tho, these itty bitty helping hands i found, love em so much. 12pc kit, cheaper than buying like, a set of 2 regular helping hands. i don't have confidence the metal rod will withstand much bending, because i think it's just a thin metal rod, but man, 12 of them for 13 bucks i don't really care. and absolutely i found a purpose for the metal cards with em too

there's something nice about this build, and i'm not sure what

it's one of those symmetrical to a fault straight forward mostly x2 builds, but it's not as repetitive as the others i've done? at the very least it isn't soul crushing like banshee norn destroy was i suppose. seriously, that thing almost made me stop wanting to build these in general and it was one of the earlier ones i did

it's just comfortable, i'm sure it'll probably change when i get around to the funnels

speaking of banshee, i see newtype just got unicorn destroy megas back in stock...

i don't know if it's because i build something wrong or trimmed something that wasn't meant to be trimmed, or if it's a inherent issue with the model itself, but posing it is floaty.

there's like several joints that are weak? but nothing actually seems weak, but then i try and pose it and the torso is either leaning weirdly forward or backwards, but even

i don't know how to explain it but it feels not great to manipulate.

i gotta get some stands because i think it'd be better to have this guy in the air than on the ground

chest not so much, this plastic is just almost knockoff feeling. also in the big blue piece you can see a fold in the plastic from when it was injected. it's big, looks like a hairline crack but it's smooth.
