Yeah I'm getting some like Mary Sue vibes from Aloy.
She sees a recording of herself, next to a recording of who's most likely her mother, and an image of a DNA strand between them with a 99.5% match, making it extremely obvious to the player who the woman is, but also for some reason Aloy understands it even though she has no idea who this person is, has never seen them before, said nothing to indicate that she could be Aloy's mother, and Aloy presumably has no idea what DNA is and probably can't read English, but she looks at this for like 1 second and instantly understands it. Yeah okay.
