Picked him up an hour ago. Dropping him off with the kids grandma tomorrow after school.

i am not good with pets. This is a nightmare.

They ended up being very easy to manage and sat down on my lap a lot. Really only naughty thing he did was catch my couch a couple of times.

please correct me if im misinterpreting but you agreed to catsit for one night and that was difficult for you
i was under the impression that cats dont need constant care leave some food and water and a clean litter box and they will manage themselves

Okay, missed that because it was a quoted response to Sunny, and I've got Sunny on ignore.

That being said, I'd argue that "he didnt have anyone else to petsit" isn't really a good answer anyway. Because it's not really your responsibility to bail other people out just because they've made life choices that have left them without other options. Especially if it isn't even a really good friend or a family member, but just "one of your students".

If you're that bad with pets, you probably shouldn't be petsitting period. Both for your own sake, and the sake of the animal.
