add great soups like sopa mondongo or turmeric teas to your diet. Or throw away old pair of shoes or old underwear or hoarded trash.
i cant give professional advice, I used to be a cigarette chain smoker but that was 7 years ago, and I replaced it with chain smoking mid grade weed at times. The Alan Carr method helped, plus meeting a cigarette smoker that I despised.
