There's a musician by the name of Johnny Strings who plays bluegrass that sounds really cool. I've heard a couple of his songs; he learned how to play from his father and others in the bluegrass music community. Might be worth checking out.

I'm not sure about the bluegrass but Zeppelin has a lot of songs that fit into 1 or multiple of those styles. When the Levee Breaks, Gallows Pole, Dazed and Confused, Bron-Y-Aur Stomp, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, and What Is And What Should Never Be are a few I would recommend
