is microsoft randomly installing programs on peoples computers? I've never used spotify in my life, don't even have an account. Why is it randomly installing itself and loading on startup?

I've subscribed to it for years since it was subbed through Playstation. I'm too brainwashed to leave now.

The same thing happened on my W11 Laptop, could not even find the install in my programme list. At the very least, it is start-up disabled now and I can look into it further later.

Yeah its bs, just search for it in the start menu and it comes up with the option to uninstall as part of the info panel

Windows 11 is actual full blown malware and installs applications for you without your consent.
Whenever someone sings fansa and they don't input their name instead of mona at the mona-beam part I'm like "Are you even a real aidoru?".

All this junk gets installed through the Windows Store. That's why it doesn't show up in the Programs and Features control panel.
