Some forms of it are actually legal over here at least. Cousins for example. Personally, although I find direct incest disturbing I wouldn't vote for it to remain illegal for any form of incest. The problems begin however when direct family relations produce children. That can be problematic and the only thing I'd be against.
America and China are pretty much the only nations on the planet where cousin marriage is illegal anywhere in the country. In fact,
I'm not even sure if anyplace outside America considers it incest.
But it literally is incest by definition.
