The sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) > TMNT II: Secret of the Ooze (1991).

I think the director change really hurt the sequel! It simply felt too silly and aimed at a younger audience, lacking the dark, grittier feel of the original.

It wasnt really the director, it was parents that objected to the use of the word Damn and violence.

Wow, never knew people hated the secret ooze. The only problem I had with it is that super shredder wasn't given a better fight. Besides that I loved it as much as the first. The third obviously wasn't as good as the other two but it was decent. Still a fun movie.

Given how strong Super-Shredder was, they had to give the fight a kinda BS ending to keep him looking powerful.

I loved Ooze for Tokka and Rahzar although, even at the time, I was disappointed that Rocksteady and Bebop weren't used.

Return to Oz. I saw it when I was 7 and it was freaky.

That movie was all kinds of wrong.

Independence day 2. Godawful.
Dumb and Dumberer

The 2nd one with Jim Carrey was awful too.

I just watched Dark Knight and DKR, gotta disagree with whoever said DKR. League of Shadows were the best villains of the trilogy. DKR made Batman Begins even better as one complete story. Dark Knight was good, but the weakest in the trilogy IMO. It could have been a standalone film, and while Joker is an awesome villain, he wasn't as developed or focused on as much as I would've liked him to be.

Two different League of Shadows, though. Bane controlled a splinter organization. Plus the Joker didn't factor into TDKR because Ledger was dead at that point. We probably would have had a very different TDKR if not for that that. And, in general, both Ras and Bane had very convoluted, silly character motivations. The Joker's was refreshingly straightforward:
QfMriFe

(Granted, aspects of his motivation *were* similar to both Ras and Bane, who also sought to have the city turn on itself.)

Out of the trilogy, TDK was clearly the best. And, while there's some debate as to whether Ledger would have won an Oscar had he lived, he gave a nearly universally acclaimed performance.

Arrowverse league of assassins is best live tv version of the organization.

Honestly most live dc stuff doesnt hold a candle to the DCAU in terms of writing, character development, and comicbook accuracy.

The plot of one movie was Owlman playing the crime syndicate to his goals of blowing up the entire multiverse as he concluded universal suicide is the only act worth meaning in the infinite flow of time and space as every other action has been done before in one existence or another

Even the awesome marvel movies dont get that deep with character motivations.

Which is kinda funny since most of the fighting is pretty goofy cept for Raph getting thrown through the rooftoop or Shredder getting crushed, also love Raphs "Damn" scene because it's right before Splinters "You have so much anger my son" scene".
This is my signature, there are many others like it, but this one is mine.

Blues Brothers 2000.

I still liked some of the musical performances, though.

Also kinda surprised nobody has said Ghostbusters 2 yet (not that I would agree with them)

Why would they? Sure, it wasn't as good as 1, but it was still a fun film.
