Pretty much every semester. If I didn't have an A average, I'd be grounded.
for how long? my mom wasn't that strict on the grade itself, as she only grounded me if I got a D or lower (rest of grades didn't matter, it only took one D or F) but i'd be grounded until the next progress report/report card came out
