I'm not sure any company overly cares, although *most* companies have some concern for customers since they're a source of revenue. The only indifferent groups might be cigarette-makers.
even smokers generally live most of whats a normal length life, so it doesn't really effect their sales too much.
fun fact though, if memory serves correct coke started off as a "medicine" and had cocaine in it.
