because that's stupid. fish tacos are dumb. when i make fish, i don't eat them with anything else. as a side, it'll probably be either a baked potato or a salad. the fish itself, i'll just zest it with a slice of lemon. no tartar sauce, nothing. everything else tends to detract from the flavor of the fish. i've had fish tacos before.
