NES Classic Mini and now SNES Classic Mini?!

I wonder if the disk space will be half utilized on the SNES Mini as well so you can hack it to add more games to it, cuz I might have done it to the NES Mini...

The "problem" is that it is not worth it to produce small enough memory units.
The Nes Mini had 512 MB which is big enough to store most retail-released Nes games.
The Snes Mini will most likely use 512 MB as well. Snes games are bigger, but those games will easily fit and have space over, so there is no need for Nintendo to use a bigger memory.
