CSX also did not put up proper warning signs or fences to stop people from walking by the tracks
I mean, I feel for the kid. Tragic situation. But you know, sometimes you gotta have a little common sense. A 17 year-old should not need warning signs to know that he shouldn't be walking on train tracks, or that he may be putting himself in peril for doing so.
