American Conservative Journalist, Andre Walker for the New York Observer posted a bizarre photo of himself outside British Parliament with a SWORD and challenged ISIS to get his HEAD and that he'll give them 50,000 if they did!!
He is indeed an idiot but taking the tact of calling them cowards for bombings and not sending ppl to fight 1v1 could actually start to change how they work but it would have to be a coordinated worldwide thing.
