They prefer the 'Hot good looking guy'

Good looking men are most likely to become arrogant due to their looks while more modest looking men want to compensate by being nice.

Hot good looking men who are nice do great with women also

They also need good social skills though, just being a good looking guy with a kind heart doesn't do anything.
