What the kid did was obviously disgusting and uncalled for, but if he doesn't have any prior situations like this, I think he should simply be suspended.
He could always just go get his GED.
Or redo the courses. Last time I checked if I did this in the real world towards a boss I would be fired. So it's a fair punishment if he is expelled. Kid needs to shut the fuck up and act like a adult.
