Of the ones I've played, I think I'd say
1 > 2 > 3D > Days > Re:Coded > Re:CoM > CoM
Not to say I didn't enjoy the Chain of Memories games; they're just the ones I liked the least.
One major factor in how much I enjoy a game seems to be whether or not it has the main trio; Sora, Donald and Goofy. They have a charm that nobody else can match.
3D, Days, and Coded don't really feature the main trio though.
As for my ranking:
Story:
1 > 2 > BBS > Days > CoM > DDD > Coded
Gameplay:
2 > 1 > DDD > CoM > BBS > Coded > Days
I might be the only person who loves CoM...
