SEGA has shared another round of details for Sonic x Shadow Generations, revealing that the game has a new hub world, hidden Chao to rescue in every level, and more.
As a reminder, the game includes the original title plus a brand new Shadow the Hedgehog campaign. Heres what to expect:

Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman BJ Thompson suffered a seizure during a special teams meeting Thursday and went into cardiac arrest, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported.
Kansas City's medical staff worked quickly before an ambulance was called, and Thompson is currently in stable condition, Pelissero added.
"BJ is still unconscious at this point, but he's stable and vitals are good," Thompson's agent, Chris Turnage, told Pelissero Thursday night. "His family asks for your continued prayers."
The Chiefs cancelled all team activities scheduled for Thursday.
Thursday's media availability for head coach Andy Reid and select players has been re-scheduled for Friday.
Thompson, a 2023 fifth-round pick, appeared in one game during his rookie season.
The reigning Super Bowl champions are currently in Phase 3 of their voluntary offseason program. Mandatory minicamp is scheduled to begin on Tuesday.

An annual snake survey in Ohio revealed an unexpected find an eastern Massasauga rattlesnake, an "increasingly rare" snake in the state that is considered threatened.
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources said one of its officers in Huron County found the rattler in May. Officials captured the snake, recorded its measurements, and then released it back into the wild.

Eastern Massasaugas are "small snakes with thick bodies, heart-shaped heads and vertical pupils," according to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. They only grow to be about 2 feet long and have gray or light brown skin with "chocolate brown blotches on the back." Those considered melanistic appear as all black. They've been found in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
They've also been found in more than 30 counties in Ohio, but according to Ohio State University, Massasaugas have "become increasingly rare" both through the state and its range as a whole. They've only been seen in nine counties since 1976. Extensive farming significantly reduced their populations in the state, though many of their colonies continue to exist in bogs, swamps and wet prairies, according to the Ohio Division of Wildlife's reptile field guide.
Otherwise known as "swamp rattlers" or "black snappers," Massasaugas are not the most active of snakes. According to the Division of Wildlife, they are typically "very sluggish and make little or no attempt to bite unless thoroughly provoked." Their diet mostly consists of small rodents, but they will also eat frogs and other snakes.
And that is a good thing, as their venom "is highly toxic," the division said. A typical Massasauga bite doesn't deliver a high enough quantity of venom to be fatal to healthy adults, but officials warned that "this is still a venomous snake...and should be treated with utmost caution and respect."
The species is considered threatened under the Endangered Species Act, according to U.S. Fish and Wildlife, and is one of only three venomous snake species in Ohio.

The original game's problems weren't technical. There was a really short amount of levels and all of the levels kind of sucked.

The Los Angeles Lakers are targeting UConn men's basketball coach Dan Hurley as the franchise's next coach and are preparing a massive, long-term contract offer to bring the back-to-back NCAA national champion to the NBA, sources told ESPN.
The Lakers have had preliminary contact with Hurley and the sides are planning to escalate discussions in the coming days, sources told ESPN. Hurley has been at the forefront of the Lakers' search from the beginning of the process, even while the organization has done its due diligence interviewing several other candidates, sources said.
Lakers vice president of basketball operations and general manager Rob Pelinka and governor Jeanie Buss are eager to formally discuss with Hurley their vision of marrying his dominant program -- built upon his tactical acumen and his elite player development -- with the storied Lakers brand, sources said.
Hurley, 51, has often described his ambition to one day coach in the NBA and has expressed to the Lakers a desire to explore the full picture of a partnership with one of basketball's winningest franchises, sources said.
Hurley told UConn players at practice Thursday that the Lakers had contacted him and that he was listening to what they had to say, sources said.
The pursuit of Hurley comes on the 20th anniversary of the Lakers trying to hire then-Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski to a record-breaking contract in 2004. Krzyzewski elected to remain with the Blue Devils, but the climate has dramatically changed in college athletics. The demands of NIL fundraising for non-power-football schools such as UConn are an especially relentless grind -- and are expected to become even more difficult.
Part of the allure of Hurley traces back to the changing landscape of NBA roster building under the collective bargaining agreement. Because of the roster-building limitations of the new second apron, the ability of big-market teams to construct contending rosters by trading multiple draft picks and young players for a third star player has largely been eliminated. Beyond the 17th pick in this month's draft, the Lakers have a young core of Austin Reaves, Rui Hachimura and Max Christie that management believes can still show even greater improvement under Hurley's coaching, sources said.

A social media influencer finds himself in legal hot water for a viral video involving fireworks launched at a luxury sportscar from a helicopter.
Alex Choi, a Studio City man who boasts 1.2 million Instagram followers, is accused by federal officials of taking a Lamborghini to the federal land portion of El Mirage Dry Lakebed in San Bernardino County, where his associates shot fireworks out of a nearby helicopter at the speeding sportscar, as reported by Seamus Hughes Court Watch.
While Choi has removed the full video, clips can still be found online.
The U.S. Department of Justice said Choiwhose birth name is Suk Min Choiwas arrested Wednesday and was scheduled to appear in federal court Thursday afternoon.
According to the DOJ complaint, Choi directed a YouTube video in which two women in a helicopter flying near the ground and without filming permits repeatedly shot fireworks at a Lamborghini sportscar.
The video titled Destroying a Lamborghini with Fireworks was shot in June 2023 and posted on July 4, 2023.
Choi, 24, is charged with causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft. The charge is a misdemeanor unless its determined to have occurred willfully and without regard for the safety of human life, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
He faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.
Choi did not immediately return KTLAs request for comment.
In addition, the pilots licenses were suspended, according to Court Watch.
