To be fair thats on me for reporting what people who own the art book from the Japanese release have mostly speculated to be the offending piece which is Ciel as she looks when she is possessed by
Roa at the age of 12(which is naked aside from a little cape) when he went around murdering and raping her village
and that the page in question specifically states that this is her as her body was at age 12
since they havent stated what exactly being altered we can only guess at this point, it might literally be them just editing out the parts where it states her age for all we really know at this point
